Encouraging more people to walk more often
– one trolley at a time.
WHO ARE TROLLEYS FOR?
Reasons people might want a trolley
Convenience
Some people prefer to walk for errands instead of always driving their car and dealing with the hassle of parking. Using a trolley supports mobility independence, contributing to confidence and autonomy.
Health
Walking for purpose with a trolley promotes independence and active aging, supports mental well-being, improves cardiovascular health, strengthens muscles and joints, and reduces the risk of falls.
Savings
Each trolley walker that makes a 3-mile round trip (an average 1.5 trips per week using a trolley instead of a car) will save 202 vehicle miles traveled and 225 pounds of transportation pollution, annually.
Environment
Choosing to walk to shop using a trolley is a step toward greener living – by replacing short car trips, cutting waste, reducing the need for delivery services, and making sustainable shopping more accessible and practical.
Supporting everyday mobility for healthier, more connected communities.
Our mission is to encourage communities to be more walkable and people to walk more often – through education, advocacy, and demonstration of our shopping trolleys.
OUR IMPACT
